Infrastructure & operations

  • Led end-to-end technical operations — production deployment, infrastructure monitoring, performance optimization, reliability, and cloud cost management.
  • Built secure, scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS — ECS, RDS, S3, SES, Route 53, Certificate Manager, Load Balancers, and CloudFront.
  • Built and automated CI/CD pipelines for frontend and backend deployments, including CDN configuration, SSL validation, domain mapping, and deployment automation.
  • Managed company domain infrastructure and ensured stable, secure production operations.

Backend & tooling

  • Developed and maintained scalable backend services and APIs in Java Spring Boot for production-grade functionality and integrations.
  • Integrated WhatsApp into the internal dashboard to improve operational communication.
  • Used AI-enhanced workflows (ChatGPT) to accelerate architecture planning, debugging, and backend development.
